Rushing, Esquire, has been practicing law for nearly 10 years.  After a period with the Richland County Solicitors Office, her intense energy and dedication to people’s right to the best defense available fueled her desire to serve the public more personally. The Law Offices of Amye L. Rushing, P.A. was established to bring aggressive, competent criminal defense to South Carolina residents.

Amye L. Rushing, P.A. has experience with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the House Labor Commerce and Industry Committee, The National Bank Of South Carolina and other prestigious and respected organizations.

Amye L. Rushing, is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School Of Business and Law. She graduated having earned a spot on the Deans list and was a member of the Golden Honor Key Society.
